The Alice & Charles Taylor Scholar-Athlete LEAD Scholarship was created to honor the legacy of two lifelong champions for education, opportunity, and community impact. Named after Alice and Charles Taylor — parents, mentors, and role models — the scholarship embodies their belief that every young person, regardless of background, deserves the chance to LEAD: Learn, Excel, Aspire, and Dream.
The organization is committed to supporting student-athletes who demonstrate both academic excellence and athletic commitment, while showing promise as future leaders. By removing barriers and expanding access, the scholarship program invests in the next generation of girls who dream of playing, leading, and changing the game — on and off the field.
The iWIN Sports Gala is the premier annual fundraiser for this mission. Proceeds from the event directly support:
Scholarships for underrepresented and underserved female student-athletes across Idaho
Youth sports donations that equip girls with the tools and gear they need to compete
Events and programs that elevate women’s voices and advocate for gender equity in sports
Leadership development opportunities that prepare girls for success in athletics, academics, and beyond
